Great Hotel poor Breakfast. Stayed for one night when going to Arena 16th May. Excellent Location and a great nights sleep. Paid for all you can eat Breakfast for us both.Went for breakfast at 9.0am. Very Very Disappointed no Hot Food Available at the Counter. Poor Chef one man on his own cooking in a small frying pan. All you can eat breakfast was 2 butted toast and one egg. 😩 This spoiled our stay and the start of the day. It’s time management had some one over seeing to insure customer service

We stayed for one night in a lovely King room. This was a pleasant surprise and a good size and layout. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, great shower room with lots of light from outside window. Large tv on wall with numerous freeview channels. There were only a couple of tea bags but we just helped ourselves to a couple more from the complimentary hot drinks area in the reception/lounge area. (It was lovely to be able to make a special coffee and take it up to our room.) Although our room was on the main road side, we didn't find it noisy. The main thing letting it down was the chaos at breakfast although I understand it isn't run by the hotel. They seem totally understaffed and the girl at the door was lovely but had to book people in, clear away tables, bring extra milk etc. People were wandering in trying to find a table that was empty and cleared only to join long slow queues for food if they were lucky enough to find a plate, fork, cereal bowls or mugs! We went to the complimentary hot drinks area in reception and brought them into the restaurant. I could go on .... It's such a shame as this could have been prevented if we had been offered a preferred bookable time slot for breakfast slot so that everyone wasn't wanting breakfast at the same time. We would definitely stay again but would skip breakfast.

We have stayed here before but this time the price had doubled. The room was lovely and the bed comfy but only 2 tea bags in our room and when we arrived back after a concert no-one on reception to ask for more. Not even a small biscuit! Breakfast was awful. Everything cold and bacon almost all fat I have stayed in much cheaper places with tea aplenty and a snack or too and a much better breakfast. The lady in reception was the one saving grace. She was lovely. Lots of folks were grumbling but wouldn't complain.

Ok stay, totally ruined by awful breakfast experience (see Ma-He restaurant posting to read my experience) Price very inflated as there was an Arena event happening, but opted to stay for convenience and acknowledged that events affect price structure

Stayed here when going to see Elbow at first direct arena Leeds. Very friendly receptionist. Room small but adequate for the one night. Wished the window could have opened a few inch as I love fresh air. Room quite hot. Arena a few hundred yards away from hotel so ideal. Loved the fact there was extra milk and coffee for free also cans and chocolate to buy. Very good breakfast. Can recommend.
